Victims and Wounded by the Assad Regime Bombing on Idlib Countryside
Eight civilians were killed and others were wounded, this morning, Wednesday, as a result of artillery shelling of the Assad regime forces stationed in the city of Saraqib, on the city of Idlib and its countryside.
Fresh Online correspondent reported: The Assad regime forces bombed Jericho with heavy artillery, which led to the death of three civilians and wounding others, and the same forces bombed the city of Idlib, resulting in the death of one civilian and wounding others.
The reporter added: that the Assad regime forces bombed a number of villages and cities with artillery, including: Ariha – Ahsam – Marian – Balshoun – Atraf – Deir Sunbul – the outskirts of Al-Bara – Shannan – Kafraya – Al-Foua – Nahlia – Idlib city.
The Assad regime forces targeted residential neighborhoods and public facilities, making most of the victims among children, and civilians women.
Meanwhile, the opposition factions directly targeted the Assad regime’s gatherings in response to the targeting of Idlib city and its southern countryside, which resulted in the death of a Russian officer who was transferred to Hmeimim directly, in addition to killing 26 members of the 25th Division and seriously wounding 10.
The Assad regime forces are still bombing the villages and towns of the Idlib region with heavy artillery, resulting in martyrs and injuries among civilians and the destruction of some public facilities.
