Netanyahu: We will continue to confront the Iranian milita sites in Syria
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said in a tweet on his Twitter account on Wednesday, “We will continue to confront the attempts of Iran and its followers to establish a military position in Syria.”
This came in a speech he delivered during a graduation ceremony for a group of Israeli Air Force pilots, threatening Iran and its military presence in Syria.
“We will not tolerate the efforts of our enemies (Iran) aimed at developing high -precision missiles in Syria, Lebanon and anywhere else,” Netanyahu said.
He added that his country will not allow Iran to acquire nuclear weapons, and that the threats directed at Israel will not be underestimated and that it “does not deter them,” as he put it.
On the decrease in the activities of global air weapons, Netanyahu said: “Despite the Corona pandemic, which reduced the activities of some air weapons around the world, this matter does not apply to Israel.”
Earlier, Israeli warplanes bombed many centers where Iranian militias and the Assad regime forces are stationed, inflicting human and material losses on their ranks.
