The political committee in the National Coalition holds a periodic meeting to discuss developments in the Syrian file
Yesterday, Tuesday, the political committee in the National Coalition of Syrian Revolutionary and Opposition Forces held a periodic meeting headed by the head of the coalition, Nasr Hariri, during which it discussed the latest developments in the Syrian file.
Members of the political body said in the meeting: “The liberated areas in northern Syria must be protected from repeated terrorist attacks, and measures must be strengthened to stop those attacks.”
The Minister of Defense of the Syrian Interim Government, Major General Salim Idris, presented the field and military conditions, in which he reviewed the work of the revolutionary factions in confronting the attacks by the Assad regime and its supporters.
For his part, a member of the political body, Yasser Farhan, presented the messages that the National Coalition submitted to the United States about the detained and forcibly disappeared journalists of the Kurdish forces, and the ongoing arrest campaigns carried out in the region.
The political commission had previously presented a meeting on the latest developments in the Syrian file, in which it reviewed the deterioration of the humanitarian situation in the Idlib region.
