Trump’s election campaign calls again for the Court to annul the election results

“I have asked the Supreme Court to overturn three judgments made by the Pennsylvania state court regarding the rules for mail-in voting,” said Trump’s attorney, Rudi Giuliani.

Rudi said the campaign is seeking to overturn three decisions that stripped the Pennsylvania parliament of protections related to mail-in fraud.

“The petition is worthless and will not prevent Biden from taking office on January 20,” said Joshua Douglas, a professor of election law at the University of Kentucky, adding that the court will close the file quickly.

On December 11, the Supreme Court rejected a lawsuit brought by the state of Texas and supported by Trump to annul voting results in 4 states, including Pennsylvania, which Biden won.
