Russia targets with three FPV drones the Al-Ghab Plain in western Hama
Russia carried out three airstrikes on Sunday, 10 March 2024, using drones, targeting the towns and villages in Al-Ghab Plain area in the western Hama countryside.
Radio Fresh’s correspondent said that the drones targeted Qastoun town and Al-Zaqoum and Al-Hamidiyah villages in Al-Ghab Plain region. However, no casualties were reported.
The correspondent added that the Russian airstrikes coincided with Assad regime artillery and missile shelling, targeting the villages of Tal Wasit, Mansoura, and Khirbet al-Naqus in the Al-Ghab Plain. However, no casualties were reported, as the damage was limited to material.
A child was killed and three civilians, including two children, were injured as Assad regime forces targeted with a guided missile, a civilian car in Darat Ezza city in western Aleppo countryside.
Assad regime forces also shelled with heavy artillery the towns of Kansafra and Al-Bara in southern Idleb. No casualties were reported.
The countryside of Idleb, Aleppo, and Hama have been subjecting to artillery and missile shelling by Assad regime forces, in addition to Russian warplane strikes, which led to the killing and injuring dozens of civilians, and the displacement of thousands of families from their areas to the border areas with Turkey.
Meanwhile, the frequency of attacks escalated through the use of FPV drones by Assad regime forces, Russia, and Iran on northwestern Syria.
