A Syrian YouTuber launches a charity campaign for children in northern Syria camps
Syrian YouTuber Fahd Al-Shalhoumi launched a charitable campaign to collect donations for refugee children in northern Syria camps, during a live broadcast on the TikTok platform, in which he collected more than 80,000 US dollars.
The campaign targeted more than 3,000 children, and “Al-Shalhoumi” confirmed during the broadcast that he had coordinated with the “Idlibyoun Charitable Team,” which will distribute donations in northern Syria camps.
This is the second campaign launched to collect donations for Syrian refugees after the famous Abu Fella campaign. Al-Shalhoumi is the first Syrian YouTuber to seek donations for Syrian refugees.
It is reported that YouTuber Fahd Al-Shalhoumi descended from the Syrian city of Deir Ezzor, and resides in the Turkish city of Istanbul, and has two channels on the YouTube platform, and has more than half a million followers.
