The hashtag “we will not reconcile” launched by the Syrians became a trend on Twitter in Turkey
The hashtag “we won’t reconcile” launched by the Syrians topped tweeter trending topics in Turkey in rejection of the Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu’s latest statements concerning the reconciliation with the Asaad regime.
The hashtag “normalization with the Assad regime is a crime” was the second trending topic on social media in Turkey in addition to “we won’t reconcile.”
There were protests and demonstrations in dozens of cities and towns yesterday in the countryside of Idleb and Aleppo to reject Cavusoglu’s remarks concerning the reconciliation between the Assad regime and the Syrian opposition.
Many revolutionary organizations and events issued statements on their official accounts such as the Free Lawyers Syndicate, the Syrian National Army, and the Syrian Islamic Council to announce their rejection of the reconciliation.
