Turkey condemns attacks on the camps in Idleb and considers it a violation of international resolutions
The Turkish Foreign Ministry condemned on Monday the massacre committed by the Assad regime forces and Russia in the displaced camps in Idleb using cluster missiles which are banned by international law.
The Turkish Foreign Ministry said that targeting the displaced camps in Idleb province by the Assad regime forces and Russia is a violation of international agreements and resolutions.
The Turkish Foreign Ministry called on all parties to stop attacks against civilians, and reach a political solution in accordance with Resolution 2254, to maintain stability and reduce escalation in the region.
The United Nations warned on Monday against the escalation of hostilities by Assad regime forces and Russia in Idleb areas, calling on all parties to adhere to the ceasefire agreements, in accordance with the UN Security Council Resolution 2254.
The Assad regime forces and Russia shelled on Sunday the displaced camps, west of Idleb, using (9N210 and 9N235) cluster bombs which are banned by the international law, killing 10 civilians and wounding 75 others.
