Turkey launches the most violent strikes since the beginning of “Operation Claw-Sword” in northern Syria
The Turkish warplanes launched a series of violent airstrikes on Saturday night, targeting Menagh Military Airport, north of Aleppo, according to our correspondent.
The correspondent added that the Turkish army targeted on Saturday evening, using the heavy artillery the sites of the Syrian Democratic Forces on the axes of Al-Bab city, east of Aleppo.
The airspace of Ain al-Arab city witnessed overflights by the Turkish warplanes and drones, in conjunction with dropping flash grenades over the area.
Meanwhile, clashes erupted between the National Army and the Syrian Democratic Forces on the “Kafr Khasher” axis near Azaz city, north of Aleppo.
The Turkish media posted footage demonstrating the arrival of the Turkish Defense Minister Hulusi Akar to the Land Forces Operation Center near the Syrian border, accompanied by military commands in the Turkish army.
The Turkish Defense Minister Hulusi Akar said that his country would carry out a ground military operation against the Syrian Democratic Forces and the Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK) in Syria as soon as possible.
