Turkey’s President Recep Tayyip Erdogan vows on Monday to resume the military operations against the “Syrian Democratic Forces” in northern Syria.
Erdogan confirmed that his country aims to eliminate the “terrorist organizations” in northern Syria and Iraq.
Erdogan added during the appointment ceremony of 45,000 teachers in the education sector held at Haliç Congress Center in Istanbu that Turkey will resolutely continue its battle against terrorism and the parties behind it.
Erdogan made it clear that the Turkish forces are about to eliminate the terrorist threats in Turkey and are working to “drain” the quagmire of terrorism in Syria and Iraq.
Turkish Defense Minister Hulusi Akar said on May 5 that his country is plans to establish a “field coordination center” on Syrian territory, in coordination with the Assad regime.
Akar considered in the context of his statements that the field coordination with the Assad regime would cause instability for the “Syrian Democratic Forces”, which Turkey classifies them as a “terrorist organization.”
