Syria Civil Defence submits evidences to UN Human Rights Committee supporting the complaint filed against Russia for bombing Kafr Nabl Hospital in 2019
Syria Civil Defence provided evidences to support the complaint submitted to the United Nations Human Rights Committee which addresses the Russian attack on Kafr Nabl hospital in 2019.
Syria Civil Defence confirmed in a post that these evidences represent a crucial step towards justice, shed light on Russia’s flagrant disregard for human rights, and admit that there were casualties by such heinous acts.
Syria Civil Defence pointed out that its teams have responded to similar attacks on hospitals in Syria over the last decade, and they have been ongoing until now without any deterrence flagrantly violating the international humanitarian law.
Syria Civil Defence expressed its hope that this complaint would act as deterrence to any party thinking about attacking hospitals, it also acts as a message that such actions will not be overlooked or tolerated.
