A number of civilians were injured yesterday, August 17, as Assad regime forces targeted by heavy artillery the town of Kurin in southern Idleb countryside.

Military observatories made it clear that the villages and towns of Kurin, Kafr Najd, Ariha, Kafr Shlaya, Orem al-Jawz, al-Rami, Mutaram in southern Idleb countryside witnessed an intense flight of reconnaissance aircrafts in the sky of the region.
The areas of Idleb and Aleppo have recently witnessed a military escalation by Assad regime forces with various types of weapons, especially the suicide drones.
Syria Civil Defence documented during the first half of this year the response of its teams to 392 attacks by Assad regime forces and its affiliated militias on north-west Syria’s regions.
Syria Civil Defence also documented 120 suicide drone attacks since the beginning of this year, causing civilian casualties.
