Yesterday, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan stated that Ankara will become an important player in the new world order, thanks to the campaigns and steps it will take in the economic sector.
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said during his meeting with a delegation from the Turkish Young Entrepreneur Union: “We will make Turkey an important player in the changing global value chain, thanks to new campaigns and steps, and we will also make our country a technological and investment base through international investments that we will attract, especially in the high technology sectors.
Erdogan added, “Despite the difficulties and problems left by the Corona virus, he has opened windows towards new opportunities for the business world.”
He pointed out that “with the increase in vaccination campaigns and the decline of the epidemic around the world, things will return to normal and the momentum achieved by our country will be strengthened.”
He explained that Turkey’s share of the global export market between January and October of last year exceeded 1% for the first time, and reached 1.03%.
Erdogan reiterated his categorical rejection of high interest policies, stressing that real growth cannot be achieved in light of high interest rates.
