Joe Biden: We are not issuing new decisions but rather a process of reform for the Trump administration
US President Joe Biden signed a series of decisions, related to lifting the ban on entry for citizens of Muslim countries.
According to Al-Jazeera Net, the US President said: “The decisions that were taken are related to lifting the ban on entry of Muslim citizens into the United States of America.”
The same sources added that Biden described the decisions taken in this regard as the “bad and wrong” policy of the previous administration, indicating that “his administration does not issue new decisions, but rather is a process of reforming the administration of former President Donald Trump.”
Biden signed 3 decisions, one of which was related to forming a committee to reunite families separated by Trump administration decisions, and to return about a thousand children to their parents after a long period of separation from them.
She added that the second executive decision relates to reviewing decisions of the previous administration that amended the laws and conditions for political asylum.
And former US President Donald Trump signed a decision to prevent the entry of Muslims from some countries into the United States of America.
