Intense air and ground bombardment of villages in the western countryside of Idlib
Today, Sunday morning, Russian warplanes targeted villages in the countryside of Jisr Al-Shughour, west of Idlib.
Our correspondent said that the Russian aircraft targeted three air strikes on the outskirts of the villages of Obin and Al-Safiyat in the western countryside of Jisr Al-Shughour.
He added that three similar raids targeted the axis of Kbina in the northern countryside of Latakia.
The Assad regime forces also targeted, with artillery and missiles, the villages of Helouz and Kafridin in the western countryside of Jisr Al-Shughour, and the Burj Al-Hayat and Ain Issa areas in the northern countryside of Lattakia.
Similar bombardments hit the villages of Al-Sarmania, Al-Ankawi, Khirbet Al-Naqous and Al-Qahirah in the Al-Ghab Plain in the northwestern Hama countryside.
The forces of the Assad regime and its ally Russia continue to target the liberated villages, despite the ceasefire declared since March 2020.
