As the vaccination campaign continues.. 72 new cases of Coronavirus were recorded in northwestern Syria
The Early Warning Network recorded 72 new cases of Coronavirus in northwestern Syria, yesterday, Monday, bringing the number of recorded infections to 22,362.
The network stated that 57 new cases of infection were recorded in the countryside of Aleppo (7 in Afrin, 34 in Al-Bab, 5 in Jarablus, 11 in Azaz), and Idlib governorate recorded 15 cases (4 in Idlib city, 1 in Ariha, 10 in Harem).
The network recorded 26 recoveries, of which 20 were recorded in the countryside of Aleppo (7 in Afrin, 1 in Jarablus, 12 in Azaz), and Idlib governorate recorded 6 recoveries (3 in Ariha, 3 in Idlib), bringing the total number of cures to 20,397 cases. The network did not record any new deaths from the Coronavirus, so the death toll remains 661.
The epidemiological surveillance laboratory of the Early Warning Network Program stated that it had conducted 574 analyzes of the Corona virus, bringing the number of analyzes that it carried out to 128,155 in northern Syria.
The vaccination campaign against the Coronavirus continues, in the liberated areas in northwestern Syria, under the supervision of the Syria Vaccine Team.
According to the statistics of the Syria Vaccine Team, the number of those vaccinated with the Covid-19 vaccine in northern Syria reached 6911 until the end of 5/17/2021, and the vaccination campaign against the Corona virus was launched on Saturday 1 May 2021 in Idlib Governorate.
