The Procedures to cross the liberated areas from “Bab Al-hawa” for Syrians to spend the Eid with their relatives has ended

Yesterday, Sunday, the procedures for Syrians to cross into the liberated areas in northern Syria ended at Bab al-Hawa crossing, to spend the Eid al-Adha holiday with their relatives and families.

The Turkish gendarmerie teams supervised the transfer of the Syrians from the Turkish “Gilwa Gozo” gate opposite the Syrian Bab al-Hawa crossing, and searched their personal cards and the bags they took with them.

Authorities at the Turkish crossing allowed the movement of citizens into Syria in groups.

The “Bab al-Hawa” border crossing with Turkey published a statement, in which it pointed out that the crossing will be closed to and from Turkey, from today, Monday, until next Friday.

The crossing administration said in its statement, which was published on its official accounts, that the crossing will be closed to the movement of passengers and cargo, starting from Monday, the 19th of this month, and until Friday, the 23rd of this month.

The crossing administration stated that the cargo movement will return to normal as of Saturday, the 24th of this month, while the movement of passengers will return as of Monday, the 26th of this month.

The entry of Syrians coming from Turkey as part of the Eid al-Adha visit through Bab al-Hawa crossing continued for thirteen days, as the number of arrivals during this holiday reached 45,032 citizens, distributed among 23,979 men, 8,862 women, and 12,192 children under 18 years old.
