The Revolutionary factions bombard the positions of the Assad regime forces in the countryside of Idlib, Lattakia, and, Hama
Today, Sunday, the revolutionary factions targeted, with various types of heavy weapons, a large number of positions of the Assad regime forces in the countryside of Idlib, Lattakia and Hama in support for the people of Daraa Governorate.
The official spokesman for the National Front, Captain Naji Al-Moustafa, said: “The artillery and missile regiment in the front launched a campaign of artillery and missile shelling in support of our people in Daraa since yesterday and it is still continuing.”
He added: “On the fronts in the Idlib countryside, the bombing targeted a main operations headquarters for the Assad regime forces on the Maarat al-Numan axis with a number of 130 mm artillery shells, and an artillery position and a military barracks on the Khan al-Subul axis were targeted with Grad missiles, and a number of the headquarters of the Fourth Division stationed on the international road were destroyed. (Aleppo – Damascus) with a number of 155 mm artillery shells.
He stressed the artillery and missile regiment targeted an “artillery position (laser) and a barracks for the Assad regime forces with a missile launch in the northern countryside of Latakia, and direct hits were achieved, in addition to targeting the regime forces’ points on the axes of the 111th and 46th regiments with mortar shells, west of Aleppo.
The Assad regime has violated a previous agreement reached with the Central Committee on July 26 to withdraw part of the light weapons from the people of Daraa al-Balad and allow it to have a limited presence in the area that it has besieged since late June.
