The rate of infection has previously increased in northern Syria, and this has led to an increase in the occupancy rate in hospitals, especially in intensive care departments, and the vaccination coverage rate in northwestern Syria is still low, “and work must be done to increase the demand for vaccination and to raise the percentage of vaccinated people.”
