Turkish Defense Ministry: Our forces in Syria are ready for any emergency

Yesterday, Saturday, the Turkish Defense Ministry announced that its forces deployed in the “Peace Spring” region in northern Syria are ready for any emergency.

The ministry stated that its rapid response force, which operates in the Peace Spring area, is always ready for any emergency.

The ministry published a video clip showing the rapid intervention forces and a column of tanks and military vehicles, at a time when Turkey was threatening military action against the Syrian Democratic Forces.

Last week, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said that Ankara had run out of patience with the “hotbed of terrorism” in northern Syria, and that it was determined to eliminate the threats coming from that region.
