A woman and a child were killed in a car explosion in Manbij city, east of Aleppo
A car bomb detonated in Manbij city in eastern Aleppo countryside, which is under the control of the Syrian Democratic Forces, killing a woman and injuring a child.
Local sources reported that the explosion occurred near mills roundabout in the city, killing a child and a woman and wounding five other people.
During the past years, the Manbij city has witnessed many bombings, as ISIS announced on January 16, 2019, that one of its members affiliated with it detonated his explosive belt near the Princes Palace restaurant in the city center during the passage of a joint military patrol of the American and Syrian forces democracy, which caused many deaths and injuries among civilians at the site of the explosion.
