Syrian Civil Defense documents the Assad regime’s military attacks on civilians in northern Syria
The Syrian Civil Defense documented on Saturday the number of attacks carried out by Assad regime forces and Russia against the civilians since the beginning of this year.
The Civil Defense said that it documented 400 attacks on civilians in northwestern Syria carried out by Assad regime forces, Russia, and the militias loyal to them, which resulted in civilian deaths and injuries.
The Civil Defense added that “these attacks resulted in 91 deaths, including 32 children and 11 women, and 212 injuries, including 73 children and 27 women.”
A statement by United Nations confirmed that “there have been about 700 attacks on educational facilities and personnel in Syria, and 52 such attacks in the last year.”
