Yesterday, Monday, the Syrian Network for Human Rights published its monthly report that monitors the human rights situation in Syria, and through it it reviewed the outcome of the most prominent human rights violations by the parties to the conflict and the controlling forces in Syria in March 2021.

The report indicated that the month of March witnessed at least 13 attacks on vital civilian centers, 10 of which were at the hands of the Assad regime and Russia, and were concentrated in the Idlib and Aleppo provinces, 1 at the hands of the Syrian Democratic Forces, and 2 at the hands of other parties, among
These attacks included 2 attacks on educational facilities, and 3 on medical facilities.
The report confirmed that the Assad regime forces and their allies continued, last March, artillery and missile strikes on the cities and towns of the southern countryside of Idlib, the western countryside of Hama, and the eastern countryside of Aleppo close to the contact lines, and the bombing also affected areas far from the front lines, such as the city of Jericho in the countryside of Idlib.
Through its report, the network called on the UN envoy to Syria to condemn the perpetrators of crimes and massacres and the main culprits in destroying the de-escalation agreements and restoring the peace process to its natural shape after Russia’s attempts to distort it and present the constitutional committee to the transitional governing body.
