New cases of Corona virus were recorded in the liberated areas in northwestern Syria

In the details, the epidemiological surveillance laboratory of the “EWARN Early Warning and Epidemic Response Network” program in the Support Coordination Unit revealed 52 cases of Coronavirus, in the liberated areas in northern Syria.
The network concerned with monitoring the outcomes of Corona in northern Syria indicated that 33 new cases were recorded in Corona, where the number of cases reached 21,995, recoveries 19,979 cases, and 655 deaths, while it confirmed that the number of cases that were tested yesterday was 505, bringing the total number of cases tested until yesterday to 122 thousand and 738 tests in northern Syria.
The network had indicated that it had confirmed new deaths in the regions of Aleppo and Idlib, which is likely to increase the announced toll during the daily disclosure of the outcome of the epidemic in the liberated north of Syria.
The network recorded 23 new cases in the “Peace Spring” regions in the north-east of the country, bringing the number of cases to 366, 88 recoveries and 6 deaths, with no new cases discovered.
It is noteworthy that the Idlib Health Directorate, in cooperation with the Syria Vaccine Team, began a vaccination campaign against Coronavirus yesterday, Saturday, in Idlib Governorate targeting medical personnel and health workers.
