A civilian was killed and others were injured, this morning, in artillery shelling by the Assad regime forces on the village of “Ma’arzaf” in the southern Idlib countryside.
Our correspondent said: “The Assad regime forces targeted with heavy artillery the villages of Al-Bara and Maarzaf, killing one civilian and injuring others.”
He added, “The bombing of Al-Bara town of
in Jabal Al-Zawiya did not result in casualties among civilians, and the damage was limited to material.”
He pointed out that “the forces of the Assad regime targeted yesterday the villages of Benin, Balion and Al-Nayrab in the southern countryside of Idlib, and several villages in Al-Ghab Plain, west of Hama.”
The targeted villages and towns witnessed waves of displacement to the northern countryside of Idlib, and the number of displaced civilians reached 2,000, according to a statistic of the Syria Response Coordinators Team.
