The infections were distributed among the cities and towns of Idlib governorate, so that the governorate recorded 752 new infections in a high curve of the number of infections during the current month, including 457 infections in the Harem region and 99 in the city of Idlib, while the cities and towns of the northern and eastern Aleppo countryside recorded 426 infections, 211 of them in the Afrin region and 82 in Jarablus area.
The observatory indicated that 19 cases were recorded for health sector workers, while 9 cases were admitted to hospitals, all of whom were not vaccinated with the first dose of the Covid 19 vaccine, noting that 71 cases were registered for the displaced within the camps in northwestern Syria.
While the northwest region of Syria recorded 6 deaths, all of whom were not vaccinated with the Corona vaccine, bringing the number of deaths to 760 cases since the outbreak of the pandemic.
In a related context, the process of vaccination with the Corona vaccine continues for health sector workers, chronic disease owners and community workers, and the campaign witnessed a turnout by different segments of citizens to receive the vaccine, unlike the first campaign.
It is noteworthy that the number of analyzes that were conducted in northwestern Syria reached 202,093 after conducting 2,563 analyzes yesterday.
