Artillery shelling by the Assad regime forces targets a camp for the displaced, east of Idlib
This morning, the Assad regime forces targeted, with heavy artillery, the “Al-Abrar” camp in the village of Al-Sawaghiyah in the eastern Idlib countryside.
Our correspondent said: “An artillery shelling targeted a camp for the displaced by the Assad regime forces in the town of Al-Sawaghiyah, east of Idlib.”
He added that “the bombing did not result in civilian casualties, and the damage was limited to material.”
Similar artillery shelling targeted the villages of Al-Ziyara and Al-Ankawi in Al-Ghab Plain, without any details about the losses.
The past days witnessed an intense bombing campaign by the Assad regime forces, targeting several villages and towns from Jabal al-Zawiya, south of Idlib, in conjunction with intense flight of Russian warplanes.
