Israel accuses Iran of targeting an Israeli cargo ship in the Gulf of Oman
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said on Sunday that Iran was behind the attack on an Israeli-owned cargo ship in the Gulf of Oman last week.
Netanyahu stressed, “This is an Iranian operation, this was clear, and Israel will strike the Iranian presence everywhere in the region.”
The Israeli Prime Minister added, “The Iranians will not have nuclear weapons, with or without an agreement.
This is what I said to my friend President Biden.”
The Israeli Chief of Staff, General Aviv Kochavi, confirmed yesterday that his country will act against threats that affect it in the near and far circles, in response to the targeting of the Israeli cargo ship “MV Helios Ray” in the Gulf of Oman.
Last Friday, a cargo ship named “Helios Ray”, owned by Israeli businessman Rami Unger, was attacked that left holes in the hull of the ship.
