273 cases of corona and 11 deaths were recorded in various regions of Syria

All regions in Syria recorded 273 new infections with the Coronavirus, while the regions recorded 11 cases of recurrence due to the virus.

The epidemiological surveillance laboratory of the Early Warning and Epidemic Response Network Program in the Support Coordination Unit revealed that 71 virus cases and one Corona death were recorded in the liberated areas in northern Syria.

The network concerned with monitoring the outcomes of Corona in northern Syria indicated that new infections were recorded, raising the total number to 22,547, and recovering cases of 20,465 cases, and 655 deaths.

On the other hand, the “Health Authority” of the so-called “Autonomous Administration” of northern and eastern Syria announced the registration of 92 new cases of Coronavirus in its areas of control, and 4 new deaths.

While the Ministry of Health of the Assad regime announced the registration of 55 new cases of Corona virus, in addition to the registration of 6 new deaths.
According to the ministry’s statement, the number of infections recorded in the country has reached 23,939, while the number of deaths has reached 1,720, while the number of people recovering reached 21,489 infection after 29 cases of recovery were recorded for previous cases.

It should be noted that the Assad regime is taking advantage of the outbreak of the epidemic in its areas of control and continues to ignore health measures, as is the case in the areas controlled by the Syrian Democratic Forces, while warnings are escalating about the repercussions of the outbreak of the pandemic in northern Syria due to the overcrowding of the area, especially in the displacement camps.
