Russian forces commit a new massacre in Idlib countryside
Six civilians, most of them women and children, were killed, and a number of others were wounded, last night, Saturday, in artillery shelling by the Russian forces, which targeted a residential house in the town of Ihsem in Jabal Al-Zawiya.
Our correspondent said that the Russian forces targeted the town with advanced Krassenpol missiles, which resulted in a massacre that killed and injuried more than 15 civilians, coinciding with the intense flight of Russian reconnaissance planes.
The areas of northwest Syria, “the southern countryside of Idlib in Jabal al-Zawiya in particular,” have witnessed a violent escalation campaign since the beginning of last June, which has left dozens of civilian killed and wounded, amid the continuation of the escalation, at a time when the results of the Russian-Turkish understandings regarding the fate of the area, which shelter tens of thousands of civilians, were not clear. .
